Beef Wellington– Flambé style

Heating Instructions
-Preheat oven to 350*

-Place potatoes (star stamp on lid) in oven covered and beef wellington and carrots (circle stamp on lid) in oven both uncovered, set a timer for 10 mins.

-Remove lid from kale & spinach and toss with container of garlic oil thoroughly, place the lid back on the foil container.

-When timer goes off place kale and spinach in the oven and set another 10 minute timer.

-When timer goes off, ensure all items are heated through, wellington pastry is crisp & browned and greens are wilted.

-To serve – stir mashed potatoes, carrots and wilted greens well, toss salad with desired amount of dressing (you may not need it all) pickled fennel and candied walnuts & enjoy every bite!
