Every time we make this Caesar dressing it seems to be all our staff eats for the next week! We’ve been making it for years and I think it’s safe to say the kinks have been worked out 

Suggested Wine Pairing
There are several options that could work here. Try a medium bodied red such as Malbec, Cabernet Franc or Zinfandel or switch it up and try a sparkling white or Rosé.
